Morning session = south-west, vertical
Evening session = north-east, horizontal

Once again, the evening session was done with the intention of obtaining a positive ID via meteor scatter on 98.3 with Belmont phased right down. Something did manage to override Belmont, but it happened a few seconds before I hit the record button. I wasn't on the frequency at the time and so I missed hearing whatever it was.

The FDM-S2 does not yet have a rewind (cache) facility. I have already suggested this and hope they will be able to include one at some point. To have the ability to rewind the radio when not recording would be extremely useful. SDR Console already has this feature but the RDS is not quite as sensitive as the FDM-S2/RDS Spy configuration.

Over to the vertical south tomorrow.

Good DX!
